OFSTED
Himbleton CE Primary School last had an OFSTED inspection on 2nd and 3rd March 2023 and was graded as 'Good'.
"The curriculum that leaders designed provides breadth, depth and coherence to pupils’ learning. Subject leaders and teachers have developed their expertise through extensive training. Teachers are clear about what pupils need to learn across the curriculum. Learning is well organised to build up pupils’ knowledge and skills from Reception to Year 6. The curriculum prepares pupils well for secondary education."

SIAMS
The Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools is carried out on behalf of the government by the Worcester Diocese under Section 48 of the Education Act 2005. As a Church of England School, we were inspected in June 2024.
"Himbleton Primary radiates a sense of warmth that envelops all who step through its doors. The school's Christian ethos, encapsulated in the vision 'Nurture, Nature, Knowledge', is enthusiastically embraced and celebrated by every member of the school community. This carefully crafted vision is seamlessly woven into the very fabric of daily school life."

Pupil Premium Grant
Pupil Premium refers to specific funding provided for pupils identified as disadvantaged due to socio-economic circumstances. The school decides how to spend this money to best overcome these social and financial barriers for children and provide an equitable solution to 'closing the gap' between more vulnerable pupils and those who have a more advantaged starting point. We are required to provide evidence of the impact our spending is having on vulnerable groups of learners, which is available in the reports below.
Free school meals are available to some families who are in receipt of certain government benefits, such as Income Support or Income Based Jobseekers Allowance. Other benefits may qualify you to apply for Free School Meals for your child. Applying for a free school meal could raise extra funding for the school to fund valuable teaching and learning support, and is still paid to the school even if your circumstances or entitlement ceases.
If your child does qualify, we receive additional funding known as the Pupil Premium Grant. This grant will then apply to your child for 6 years. The funding is used to support your child educationally and can, in some instances, be used to pay for educational visits and extra-curricular activities.
If you think your child may qualify for Free School Meals, please enquire at the school office,
